Do we ship overseas?
Yes, we are happy to accept orders from outside the UK, but unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from the USA or Canada.

How much do you charge for postage and packing/shipping?
Shipping charges are based on an average weight and will be shown at checkout. As a guide, you can buy up to 80g of goods for the following shipping costs:

UK - £1.00
Europe - £1.50
Rest of World - £2.00

When will my order be delivered?
We usually send your order within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment. If we are very busy, it may take an extra day.

Exact delivery times depend on destination and your chosen delivery method. For UK deliveries by First Class post, it will usually arrive within one working day. Airmail post generally takes about 3-5 working days to arrive, but this is not guaranteed.

How will my order be packed?
All orders will be sent in a high quality padded envelope, with cabochons also being packed inside their own little cardboard box. All glass beads will be wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection

Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
UK customers may pay by Cheque or postal order. When you have finished shopping, please click on the 'Pay by Cheque' button and follow the simple instructions.

Can I pay by credit/debit card?
Yes, you can pay by credit or debit card via Paypal secure checkout.

Are my personal details secure?
We never divulge your personal details to third parties

Why am I unable to add items to my shopping cart?
In order to use the shopping cart, you need to enable cookies on your browser

How long are your gemstone beads strings?
Our gemstone beads are supplied on temporary strings which are approximately 16 inches long. The number of beads per string varies by the size of the bead, but the following can be used as a rough guide

4mm beads - 100
6mm beads - 65
8mm beads - 50
10mm beads - 40

Are all your beads supplied on a temporary string?
No, unless otherwise stated, our glass, acrylic and metal beads are supplied loose

I would like more information on buying cabochons please
The price shown is for a single cabochon stone unless otherwise stated. The photograph shows a selection of stones to illustrate the natural variations which can be found in each gemstone. All our cabochons have a flat back.
