Moonstone is a form of feldspar which has been used as a gemstone from ancient times. It has a beautiful opalescent sheen which is caused by the interference of light within the stones. Moonstone can occur in many different colours, including blue, grey, white, green and pink and can be found in many countries, including Sri Lanka, India, USA and Madagascar

These particular stones are a warm peach colour, slightly paler in colour than our 5mm orange moonstones.

These high quality 4mm stones are handpolished, with a centred eyeline and a flat back.
