Shipping Costs

UK POSTAGE OPTIONS - We normally post by First Class post.

First Class - We have decided to simplify the way we calculate our postage and packing charges. Instead of using the weight of the goods, we now have a fixed fee based on the value of the order.

Orders up to £34.99 - £1.40 postage and packing

Orders over £35 - FREE

Special Delivery - At certain times (eg near Christmas) we may introduce a Special Delivery option to our P&P choices. If you would like your order sent by Special Delivery at any other time, please e-mail us first to check if we are able to pack and post your parcel that day.

If you choose to have your order sent by Special Delivery - please be aware that your order must be placed with us before 2pm (Monday to Friday) or before 10am on Saturday to guarantee delivery for the next working day. In addition to this, any orders posted on Friday will only be guaranteed for Monday. Royal Mail deliver the next working day apart from the following areas:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We always send your package by Airmail post. The shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the package and will be shown at checkout.
The following prices may be used as a guide.

Europe - £1.65 for up to 80g of goods

All Other Countries (apart from USA and Canada) - £2.10 for up to 80g of goods.

PACKING - All orders will be sent in a high quality padded envelope, with gemstone cabochons also being packed inside their own little cardboard box. All glass beads will be wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection
